Local Smoke offers a unique food experience for your planned gathering. Using an old fashion wood fired smoker at your location we have the ability to feed crowds of 300+.
Everett Whiting grew up around food from the farm and has worked in excellent kitchens on Martha's Vineyard his entire life. We provide our skill and equipment to create a wonderful and timeless feast.
Chicken, fish, lamb, beef, and pork, all from our local pastures and sea, are on the menu. These meats are cooked slowly to retain juices and flavor. The result is a competition level BBQ that will have you drooling on your pink shorts and topsiders. Whole pigs are our specialty.
